Located within the exclusive gated community of Quivira Los Cabos, our 3-bedroom villas offer private infinity pools, outdoor hot tubs on the terrace, full kitchens, daily housekeeping, and sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean. Our villas sleep up to 10 guests and offer a spacious, thoughtfully designed layout ideal for families and groups. The upper level features a serene ocean view primary suite with a large walk-in closet and a spa-style en-suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and jetted Jacuzzi tub.

On the lower level, one guest bedroom includes two queen beds and a private en-suite bathroom, while the second primary bedroom offers a king-size bed with its own en-suite bath. A separate family room with a sleeper sofa provides additional accommodations, and each villa includes a full utility room with a washer and dryer. All bedrooms feature in-room safes for added convenience and peace of mind.​
